First, you'll need like 3 pounds of ground beef, essentially, just make some taco meat. I perfer my stuff spicy, so I get the spicy mix, not to mention about half a bottle of tapatio in with the mix, and some chopped up habanero peppers to spicy it up more.
Followed by, spicy ground pork, get it at the butcher station or anywhere else you can find it. Brown that up.
Then while beef and pork browns, shred the cheese.
Once meat is browned, pour cheese onto layers of Tims Cascade Chips, followed by beef, followed by cheese, followed by pork, followed by chips, followed by cheese, meat, then more cheese.
